Mawson's Ice Cream Parlour

The story from cow to cone. While Lizzie turns the milk and cream produced into the delicious flavours you see in the shop Stephen is hard at work on the family farm looking after our pedigree herd of cows. We have around 180 cows in milk, a mixture of Holstein Friesians (black and white ones!) and Jerseys. They are milked twice daily and as well as the ice cream parlour we also have a milk round delivering to doorsteps locally.
